Schools and Libraries

The shows below don’t require a conventional theatre space and can be toured to libraries or schools.

Self-contained, flexible set up – it fits in a classroom or a corner of a library.

Links to the national curriculum on Key Stages 1-2 English, History, PSHE and Geography. Its main themes:

History of mining and industrialisation,
human impact on the environment,
climate change and natural disasters,
displacement, mental wellbeing,
Swedish folk mythology.

Six Long Legs

A visual theatre show for 5+

Self-contained but requires 4m by 4m floor space.

Through the creative process, we partnered with a Year 3-4 class at High Bickington Primary School in North Devon.

We held a workshop to trial minibeast-themed activities requiring collaboration and imagination and returned with the work-in-progress to gain their feedback.

Pollination, how flies perceive time, the effect of insecticides on pollinators, complete metamorphosis,
how insect body parts are adapted to their functionality and environments, how bees navigate,
invertebrate survival skills.
